Fairy Tales in the Park welcomes a mix of food vendors, market stalls, family-friendly businesses, and inclusive community experiences suitable for those with sensory sensitivities and needs.

 

Following a wonderful response to last year's event, with thousands of attendees across the day, we are excited to continue growing Fairy Tales in the Park as a magical and welcoming community event for local families. We warmly welcome both returning and new businesses to be part of the experience.

 

Commercial vendors are welcome to trade throughout the event, set their own pricing, and benefit from direct sales opportunities during the day. If chosen to participate, commercial vendors will be required to pay a vendor registration fee of $120.00 and provide current Public Liability Insurance (and if a food vendor a city of Vincent food vendor permit).

 

We also welcome selected sensory-friendly activities, children’s experiences, and community-focused activities that may choose to participate as promotional or community engagement opportunities.
